Our top priority: is shipping your product, with hundreds of products sent to customers globally daily. Due to our international warehouses, shipping times vary and next day delivery isn't available.

Upon receipt of payment: we promptly send your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging, which may require an extra 1-4 days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will start processing on the next business day. Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days after being placed. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our supplier's warehouses to the destination which typically takes 7-14 days. On some occurrences, shipping could take up to 28 days.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time on the Tracking Page. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all places.
